Belief + Consistency = Reality

Building at the intersection of AI, XR, and deep tech — from Poland, for the world.

I almost became a doctor.

A year before my final exams, I realized I couldn’t do it — not because I wasn’t capable, but because it wasn’t mine. Everything I’d planned fell apart.

What came next wasn’t a straight line. I searched. I worked through university, tested what I was good at, failed at things that didn’t fit.

And somewhere in that mess, I found what actually drives me: building things that change how people learn, work, and stay safe.

Four ventures. Same co-founders since 2021. An advisory seat on Poland’s national AI strategy.

I don’t build companies to build companies. I build them because I believe technology should serve people — and most of the time, it doesn’t. Not yet.

Adaptive XR/AI platform for immersive professional training.

Through DP Vision, a project came in that I couldn’t walk away from. I saw a platform that could completely reshape how people learn — adaptive, immersive, personal. I brought our team in. Then the company hit serious problems. Over time, we took it over — and that’s how I found the co-founders I’ve been building with on every project since 2021.

Strategic growth partner for technology startups and corporates.

I came back from international markets wanting to bring data-driven design to Poland. We built it into a global agency — UK and US clients, 30+ startups guided from validation to market. Business was solid. And I was restless. I missed the chaos of building from zero.

Autonomous drones and predictive AI for infrastructure safety.

One of my co-founders, during his PhD and a research stint in the US, spent years studying how cracks form in bridges. He noticed repeatable patterns. The idea crystallized: detect infrastructure damage early, predict when it needs repair. The problem is global — aging infrastructure, outdated methods, lives at risk.

Born from a personal obsession with health data and biohacking. I built it for myself first — simple automations and dashboards. Over time, together with doctors and longevity enthusiasts, we shaped it into a product. My role: early-stage co-creation, medical network, and investment.

Investing

Backing builders at the earliest stage.

I invest actively in early-stage companies — mostly AI, deep tech, and health tech. It started naturally through DP Vision, where we supported startups from their earliest days. Over time, some of those relationships turned into investments. A few led to strong exits and significant funding rounds.

What I look for

Founders who are relentlessly honest about their market. Teams that validate before they build. Problems that are real enough to survive the hype cycle. AI, deep tech, health tech, education — spaces where technology creates genuine, measurable impact.

What I bring

More than capital — strategy, product thinking, branding, and a network built over years in the trenches. I’m not a passive check. If I invest, I’m in — with hands, head, and connections.

Philosophy

What I believe.

01

Validation > Vision

Thirty startups taught me the same lesson. The best ideas die without evidence. Test before you build — always.

02

Human > Algorithm

Technology serves people. Five real conversations will uncover what fifty automated surveys never will.

03

Depth > Volume

Twenty-five founders at one table changes more than five hundred at a conference. I don’t need more rooms. I need the right rooms.

04

Execution > Narrative

Ship first. Reflect later. Investors don’t respond to storytelling — they respond to traction, proof, inevitability.

05

Culture > Brand

Your brand starts inside. When your own people don’t believe in what you stand for, no campaign will save you.

Journey

Not a straight line. Never was.

Before university

The pivot that started everything

I was on track to become a doctor. A year before my final exams, I got cold feet — physically, viscerally. I realized I couldn’t do it. Everything I’d planned collapsed.

University years

Finding the intersection

Spatial planning at Adam Mickiewicz University gave me systems thinking and analytical rigor. But I started working during studies, testing myself, looking for what clicked. I found it at the intersection of engineering precision and human-centric design.

International career

Forging a global lens

UX research across Poland, Scandinavia, and the Middle East. Tax system digitization in Saudi Arabia. Industrial IT at HKK Group. Every project taught me the same thing: the best technology is invisible.

DP Vision

The agency that wasn’t enough

Built a global strategic-creative agency. UK and US clients. 30+ startups guided. Amazon, Mercedes, Heetch. Business was running, processes were solid. And I was restless.

EduTailor

Falling in love with building

A project landed that changed everything. I went all-in, brought the team, took over the company when things got complicated — and found the co-founders I’ve worked with ever since. I’m wired for the messy, uncertain, early stage.

Skyinspection

The global problem

A co-founder’s PhD research on bridge cracks became Skyinspection. Infrastructure is aging everywhere, inspection methods are outdated, and lives are at risk.

Investing

Backing builders

Through years of supporting startups at DP Vision, I started investing actively. AI, deep tech, health tech. Several strong exits and major funding rounds.

Ecosystem

Building the infrastructure

Founded AI Breakfasts. Joined GRAI at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. Went all-in on ARAAI. Because individual ventures aren’t enough — the ecosystem itself needs building.

I was the kid who couldn’t sit still.

Not because I was brave. Because my mom died when I was one and I grew up with this invisible urgency — that life is too short to waste a single moment. That’s why I was good at everything. Not talent — desperation. Looking for THE thing.

No superpower without the curse.

I Don’t Need More Rooms. I Need the Right Rooms.

I went to 40+ events last year. I barely remember the stages, panels, and decks. But I remember one raw conversation over breakfast. No microphones. No agenda. Just two founders breaking down what worked, what failed, and what it actually cost.

The density of insight is just higher when everyone has scars.

EduTailor has secured NCBR funding.

Two years in the pipeline — there were many moments of doubt, but we kept going. We submitted the application almost 2 years ago. In the meantime: we kept moving, validating in the market, iterating the product, and pushing through the rollercoaster.

Now we accelerate.

Most founders focus on the pitch. Top performers focus on leverage.

Investors don’t react to “good storytelling.” They react to leverage — proof, traction, inevitability. Evidence beats ambition. Past tense > future tense. Traction is not a slide.

Your pitch must make passing risky.

Beyond the ventures
Anna ProchPhoto placeholder

Sport is the operating system.

Sport has been in my blood since childhood. Swimming first, then obstacle races that led me to Ninja Warrior Poland — twice. It’s the thing that built consistency in me. The discipline I bring to building companies was forged on courses, walls, and tracks — not in business books.

Currently I train calisthenics and tennis. I love climbing, though time is scarce. And I have a thing for motorsport — simulator training, loud engines, adrenaline. The kind that reminds you you’re alive.

Ninja Warrior

Two-time competitor on Ninja Warrior Poland. The course taught me the same thing startups did: you fall, you adjust, you try the next obstacle. Not a metaphor.

Calisthenics & Tennis

Current focus. Bodyweight strength and precision on the court — both reward consistency over talent.

Motorsport

Simulator training and a weakness for cars that sound like they mean it. Adrenaline is fuel.

Climbing

Less time for it now, but the wall doesn’t care about your schedule. Problem-solving in three dimensions.

Contact

Let’s talk.

I’m always open to conversations that have substance — partnerships, pilots, investment, or just a sharp question over coffee.

If you’re building something and need a perspective from someone who’s been in the trenches — reach out.
