3. What Data Is Collected

a) Analytics (requires your consent)

When you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) collects anonymized usage data including: pages visited, time spent on pages, approximate geographic location (country/city level, IP is anonymized), device type, browser, and referral source. This data is processed by Google LLC under their privacy policy. The GA4 Measurement ID used is G-M58JB65MDV.

b) Performance metrics (no cookies)

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights collect anonymous performance data (page load times, Web Vitals) to help improve website speed. This does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

c) Contact form

If you use the contact form, the information you provide (name, email, message) is sent via FormSubmit.co and forwarded to my email. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

4. Cookies

This website uses the following cookies: • Necessary: cookie-consent — stores your cookie preference in localStorage (not a cookie, but functions similarly). Always active. • Analytics (opt-in): _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics cookies used to distinguish visitors and track sessions. Set only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. Expiry: up to 2 years.

5. Legal Basis

Analytics data is collected based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage or cookies for this site. Performance data (Vercel Analytics) is collected based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) as it does not process personal data.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: • Access — request what data is held about you • Rectification — correct inaccurate data • Erasure — request deletion of your data • Restriction — limit how your data is processed • Portability — receive your data in a portable format • Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest • Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@annaproch.com.

7. Data Transfers

Google Analytics data may be transferred to and processed in the United States by Google LLC, which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Vercel Inc. (US) processes anonymous performance data under their privacy policy and DPA.

8. Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Contact form messages are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry.
